FAQ

Frequently asked

How is the due date calculated?+

Naegele's rule: EDD = LMP + 280 days. If you have a longer or shorter cycle, adjust the cycle length and the EDD shifts accordingly.

Which trimester am I in?+

First trimester = 0–13 weeks, second = 13–26, third = 26–40.

Should I rely on this instead of an ultrasound?+

No. This is a statistical estimate. Ultrasound dating (especially in the first trimester) is more accurate. Always trust your OB.
