How does it distinguish seconds from milliseconds?+
Anything > 1e12 is treated as milliseconds; below that as seconds. Both edge cases (very old dates, very future ones) fall within the seconds range.
Does it handle timezones?+
The Local + Locale rows use your browser's timezone. The ISO 8601 + UTC rows are always in Z / UTC.
Does it work offline?+
Yes — parsing uses the browser's built-in Date object. No network required.
